Returns and Refunds Policy – Turtle Dane Co
Here at Turtle Dane Co, we strive for high quality items. We want our customers to be happy, so if you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. Please double check our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size, and follow our use instructions to ensure proper placement and care.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Returns (Non-Klarna Orders)
We do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on our part. These cases are handled individually.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@turtledaneco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit. We do not issue refunds for non-Klarna orders.
Refunds and Returns (Klarna Orders Only)
In accordance with Klarna’s return policy, customers who complete their purchase using Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return for a Klarna order, please contact us at orders@turtledaneco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and further instructions.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method (not store credit). Returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Please note: This return and refund policy only applies to orders paid via Klarna.
Shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded once return tracking is scanned in!
